1.) Business Finance and Accounts Executive

This post combines Internexia’s financial management with business finance activities. The post holder will take responsibility for administering Internexia’s accounts, including client accounts and renewal invoicing and monthly payroll.  The incumbent will enable Internexia to manage its financial operations in a fit and proper manner, consistent with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Alongside the day to day running of the finance, the officer will support the business development activities outlined helping to ensure timely payment by clients and support the building of Internexia’s client list.

 

2.) Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective learning experiences using recognised e-Learning instructional design methodologies, including, but not limited to ADDIE.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning outcomes.
  • Design and produce storyboards, templates and UML diagrams for use by both content developers and multimedia developers to meet specific learning outcomes.
  • Design appropriate interactive multimedia content to meet identified learning outcomes.
  • Transform existing materials used in traditional face-to-face training to meet specific goals.
  • Integrate structured content with communication and collaboration tools to create meaningful learning experiences to meet specific goals.
  • Integrate structured content (SCORM) with communication and collaboration tools (ASK LMS) to create meaningful learning experiences to meet specific goals.
  • Develop User Interfaces (UIs) that facilitate intuitive access to courseware.

Qualification:

  • Possess a Degree in Multimedia (e-Learning / Instructional Technology) / Computer Science (Multimedia Computing) / Cognitive Science (User Interface, Human computer interaction, User Experience) / Instructional Technology/Education / e-learning field or equivalent qualification.

Skill Requirements:

  • Possess expertise and skills especially in analysis and development of course content (content design and courseware development)
  • Possess knowledge and project management skills-based development of e-learning, LMS (Learning Management System) and Multimedia development
  • Able to provide advice and consulting for learning appropriateness proposal (suitable learning solution) with appropriate platforms and technologies in accordance with user requirements
  • Expert in using the latest development tools such as Adobe CS (Flash, Photoshop, illustrator) Adobe Captivate, Lecture Maker, Articulate Storyline and others.
  • Communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Select and use a variety of techniques for determining instructional content (eg. ADDIE Model, Kirkpatrick Four Levels of Learning etc.)
  • Convergence of technology, pedagogy and content in the transformative use of technology to foster learning
  • High level of proficiency in M.S Office such as PowerPoint, Excel & Word.

3.) Graphics / Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Create and innovate.
  • Design and create graphics, animations and user interface media elements for use in presentations, video productions, learning objects, courseware, LMS, manuals and sales kit.
  • Transform and integrate content to create meaningful learning experiences to meet defined goals.
  • Assist with maintaining Internexia website.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Flash (AS2.0 and 3.0), Articulate storyline and Basic in Adobe Premier, 3D software e.g. 3D Max/Maya/Blender)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Graphic/Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s):, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Flash (AS2.0 and 3.0), Articulate storyline and Basic in Adobe Premier, 3D software e.g. 3D Max/Maya/Blender)

4.) Senior Web Programmer

Programming Responsibilities :

  • Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications
  • Develop API services using REST concepts, JSON, XML
  • Integration of user-facing elements and backend script developed using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Develop relational databases using MySQL or NoSQL
  • Installing LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) to Linux server especially Red Hat based kernel (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) to client server
  • Hardening the Linux, Apache and PHP
  • Understanding and implementing of project management practices
  • Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects.
  • Managing project scope and change requests (CR)
  • Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project
  • Assist in software testing activities and cooperate closely with QC-staff in finding and fixing software errors

    • To work primarily on the back-end system of our products. The work involves developing a system similar to those used in social networking web applications, based on the concept of building an online community of users of our e-learning products.
    • Implement new website/application features.
    • Set-up efficient and high performing database queries in MySQL.
    • Use JavaScript to breathe new life into our front-end development.

We’d like you to have these skills:

    • 3+ years of PHP and MySQL experience
    • HTML/CSS/jQuery(JavaScript)
    • Basic Linux experience (Able to configure apache web servers for hosting of web sites)

Marketing duties

• Organize marketing functions & advertising campaigns
